Bio:
Vincent J. Russo is a senior associate attorney with Van Dyke & Associates, APLC where he practices property law including but not limited to Trust and Probate Litigation.  He has practiced law in California for over twenty years. Mr. Russo is a licensed attorney in the states of California and Nevada. He is a seasoned attorney with years of successful trust and probate litigation experience including lack of capacity claims, breach of fiduciary duty claims, undue influence claims, will contests, pretermitted heir claims, trust contests, trust accounting disputes, elder abuse, Probate Code 850 claims, and the like. He also has extensive experience in business litigation and general civil litigation specifically with property related claims. He earned his law degree from Whittier College of Law and his undergraduate degree from California State University Los Angeles. Mr. Russo is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and the Probate Attorneys of San Diego (PASD).  He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker.
